The EasyCare Guarantee
We back all of our products with the EasyCare Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason,
EasyCare will gladly credit back the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 45 days of purchase.
If you have purchased an EasyCare product through one of our partners, please return the product to the place of purchase for the same
Guarantee service. We do not provide a refund or credit for items purchased from an EasyCare dealer.
You will receive a full credit minus our $12.50 restocking fee (which includes shipping and handling) for all returns. We do not offer
exchanges.
The Guarantee does not cover:
Adhesives and packing materials.
Certified Used, factory seconds, or products that were purchased as used.
Boots that have been modified or altered by heat fitting or application of studs.
Boots used over steel, aluminum or composite horseshoes.
Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, or other unusual abuse.
Glue-On boots, shoes, products, or accessories that are not in their original, unopened packaging.
This includes ALL EasyShoe styles.
EasyCare, at its sole discretion, may void the Guarantee if any EasyShoes or glue-on products appear to have been removed from
their original packaging.
Stirrups that have been modified or altered in any way, including, but not limited to, the addition of non-EasyCare cages.
